  • Representation of automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers and Tier I suppliers in dozens of cases involving breach of contract, troubled supplier issues, pricing disputes, stop shipment threats and raw material price/surcharge issues, including pursuit of injunctive relief to maintain production of critical components and avoid plant shutdowns;
  • Wide range of business tort litigation including fraud, civil conspiracy, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty and non-compete agreements;
  • Representation of NBA player Jermaine O'Neal in five civil lawsuits arising out of the "Palace Brawl" in November of 2004;
  • Representation of major U.S. airline in antitrust class action brought by millions of airline passengers.
