Dickinson Wright has been, and continues to be, one of Michigan's largest and most well-respected law firms. Since the firm started in 1878, our main office in Detroit has remained within three blocks of its original location. But nothing else about our law firm has stood still. We have grown from two attorneys to more than 260, practicing in more than 40 specialty areas, and serving clients that number into the thousands. Our single Detroit-based office has grown into nine offices throughout Michigan and in Washington D.C., Nashville, Phoenix and Toronto.
With 130 years' worth of experience behind us, we have expanded the firm from its modest beginnings to one of the nation’s preeminent law firms, but without forgetting our values. Dickinson Wright attorneys are skillful, creative and visionary, but also have a sense of practicality and business savvy that allows them maximize opportunities for their clients.
